Digital Music Purchases
Music purchased through our online music store is delivered as digital content. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases of downloaded or accessed digital music are generally non-refundable.
If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, such as receiving the wrong file, a damaged or unusable file, or being unable to access your download, please contact us so we can assist you.
If you are charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction and correct any verified billing error.
Audio Mastering Services
Customers purchasing audio mastering services may request a cancellation and refund before work on the project has begun.
Once mastering work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time and professional services have already been committed to the project.
We offer revisions according to the terms of the mastering package purchased. Customers should provide clear instructions and feedback so that requested revisions can be completed.
If T84MusicStudio is unable to complete a paid mastering service, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund when applicable.
