Our Services
T84MusicStudio operates an online music store offering digital music products and provides professional audio mastering services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or change products, services, pricing, and availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Digital Music Purchases
Digital music purchased through our Music Store is provided for the customer’s personal, lawful use unless different license terms are expressly provided with the product.
Purchasing a digital music product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyrights, master recordings, compositions, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, share, commercially exploit, or otherwise distribute purchased digital music unless expressly authorized by T84MusicStudio or the applicable rights holder.
Audio Mastering Services
Customers purchasing mastering services are responsible for providing the audio files and information reasonably necessary for T84MusicStudio to perform the requested service.
Any turnaround times displayed on our website are based on normal working conditions and begin after we have received the required payment, audio files, and necessary project information. Turnaround times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Revisions
Where a mastering package includes unlimited revisions, revisions are intended to help achieve the agreed mastering objective for the original material submitted.
Unlimited revisions do not include creating an entirely new project, replacing the original song with a different song, or performing services substantially outside the scope of the mastering service originally purchased.
Customer-Uploaded Audio
Customers retain ownership of the rights they hold in audio files submitted to T84MusicStudio for mastering.
By uploading audio or other materials to our website, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permission and rights to submit it for mastering.
You grant T84MusicStudio permission to access, process, modify, store, and use the submitted files as reasonably necessary to perform the requested mastering services, complete revisions, provide customer support, and deliver the finished project.
Uploading audio for mastering does not transfer ownership of the customer’s music to T84MusicStudio.
Payments
Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may delay or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other payment-related issues.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where there is a verified technical or billing issue.
Mastering-service cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether work on the customer’s project has already begun.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for providing accurate information when creating or using an account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, graphics, text, design elements, and other content owned by T84MusicStudio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Nothing in these Terms gives T84MusicStudio ownership of a customer’s original music merely because that music is submitted for mastering.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent activity, upload malicious software, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Service Availability
We work to keep our website and services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T84MusicStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website, digital products, or services.
